All haircut and color appointments include a full detailed consultation, shampoo, conditioner and a finished style along with a lesson in how to achieve the look at home
All color services include a gloss/toner along with a finished style
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance for haircut services and 48 hours in advance for color services. If I don’t hear from you in advance, you will be charged 100% of the price for the service(s) booked
If you are in any way unhappy with your service and want to adjust the outcome, please call or text me to schedule an appointment for an adjustment within seven days
